1. Materials to be treated and types of heat treatment
- Quenching and tempering of high-speed steels, die steels, martensite stainless steels, carbon tool steels, alloy tool steels, structural steels, bearing steels and spring steels
- Solution heat treatment of austenitic stainless steels
- Aging treatment of maraging steels and precipitation hardening treatment of precipitation-hardened alloy
- Sub-zero treatment and cryogenic treatment of each material

2. Available size and weight
- Materials smaller than the largest furnace (a width of 450 mm, depth of 450 mm and length of 1500 mm) and weigh up to around 500 Kg
- Please let us know beforehand any material weighing over 500 Kg.
- If the length of a material exceeds 1,300 mm, its other sides must be shorter than the above dimensions. Please let us know in advance.
